It doesn't take much to keep me happy, but one thing a business can do to turn me into a customer for life as opposed to a one-time buyer is to provide SERVICE. Sadly, few of the on-line shops seem to understand that most of us are even willing to pay a little bit more if we get that very simple commodity in return.
That is why I have to give a big thumbs-up to Sprue Brothers Models. I placed my first order with them on a Wednesday afternoon, and had the package by Saturday morning. This in spite of me screwing up and placing two separate orders instead of the one I intended. Everything ordered arrived in the same box. Everything was as advertised. Everything was well packaged. I couldn't ask for anything more.
