My wonderful wife ordered me some 1/300 Napoleonic Era ships for Christmas. Well at the time of order, around Turkey Day, she was told they would be back ordered and should have arrived around New Years.
Guess what....I still do not have them. Problems with the distributors etc. Understood in our hobby when many specialty items are "cottage industry" or coming from far away exotic places. What really chaps me is thier lack of contact.
The items are already paid for and we keep hearing "...two weeks...", from our initiative. What happened to "customer service"?
Now this supplier advertises with FSM and I do not want to get into trouble here. Do any of you all have suggestions?
