Blair Hagerman, Meridian, Idaho
“My good friend is a truck driver,” Blair says. “One day he sent me some pictures … and said it was his dream truck. After building it for him I decided I needed a custom truck for my collection.” Blair began with a Revell 1/25 scale Peterbilt 359 tractor and AMT Freuhaf trailer, then stretched the frame, driveshaft, and sleeper cab, made a new front bumper from sheet styrene, installed headlights from a Lindberg ’32 Ford hot rod, and mounted exhaust stacks made from chrome pipe he found at a home improvement store. Blair’s big rig is painted mainly with Testors Model Master grabber orange.
