Rick calls this 1/48 scale scene “Closer Look.” He writes, “Tommies inspect an abandoned Renault Chenillette UE infantry tractor previously commandeered by the German army after the invasion of France. I scratchbuilt the wall and trees. The evergreen tree is a Woodland Scenics product. The figures are Tamiya, and the vehicle is a resin Gaso-line kit.” Rick opened the doors on the kit and hung Tamiya stowage from the side of the trailer. The groundwork is a mixture of white glue, Styrofoam, and vinyl spackle mixed with kitty litter.
