You've got a treasure there. It's about 1/48, and pretty basic compared to todays kits. If you just have to have a 1/48 'Hook, get the Italeri kit, and save the Aurora as an investment. Pretty sure it is one of those whose mold was 'destroyed in the train wreck' after Aurora went under. They go for quite a bit on ebay.
The kit is either the prototype, or an early 'A' model, has a very rudimentary cockpit, has no cabin detail, and engine, rotor head, and landing gear are all extremely basic. It can be turned into a good model....but unless you just have to build an Aurora Chinook 'cause you did a bad job on the one you had as a kid and you want to make amends.... dont. Save it.
