Mel, I got you beat by 15 kits, but mine ain't as nice as yours. I have mostly 1/72 kits. anyway, here's my stash. Was a good oportunity to take stock. Ray By the way, the monogram Cobra box is crammed with about 4 individual kits. Those dang boxes just fall apart so I just put em all together. " border="0" /> |

Ray ,
I was having a real nice close look at your impressive stash of Helicopters , I noticed an Airfix SH-2 Seasprite and a Italeri CH-53E Super Stallion . I wish the kit manufacture's would re-issue those birds , I would certainly pick up at least 4 of each . I also noticed you and I have one of those rare Fujimi SH-3H Seaking kits . Their almost like the "Holy Grail" of Helicopter kits . I've had my Fujimi Seaking sitting on top of the stash for about 8 years now , wanting to build her next but in fear I'll make some huge colossal stuff-up and then never forgive myself . Just like when I tried to strip-back the original hand brush paint finish on my Airfix Seasprite , which turned out to be an absolute disaster and still can't believe I could be so stupid .
Anyway I really like your stash , I also noticed a Hasegawa Mil 24 ''Hind A'' kit . A few years ago I saw the same kit in one of the hobby stores here in Sydney , It was sitting on the shelf next to a Fujimi MH-53J 'pave low III' , both kits were $59.95 each . Nice kits but a little expensive for me . Although I went back a couple of weeks later thinking that if I saw them still there I would try and convince myself to buy them seeing I went to the trouble of going back to the store but somebody else must of already bought them and I haven't seen either kit ever since
Oh well , I guess I have enough kits in my stash to build without worrying about ones I dont have ; But sometimes I say to myself , If I could just get "that one" my stash would be complete but I usually say that every week .
