I am the Navy Liaison Instructor at the Army Flight Medic School @ FT. Rucker, AL. and a Flight Paramedic There are no ready packaged kits or AM conversions out there but the standard litter carousel for the 60 is extremely easy to build. I started my first one on the Hasegawa 1/72 kit and it was a breeze. The UH-1 litter stanchions are also simple.
The HH-60L are really nice but will take alot of time with all of the medical extras like the hydraulic litter stanchions, medical cabinet (which is not usually used because it tends to tear loose in a crash!), On- board Oxygen Generating System (OBOGS), and suction. The cabin on the real thing is loaded with enough detail to keep a scratch builder happy for eons. There is also the portable med gear like the monitors to consider. Not alot in the photo department since these are very expensive birds and are slow on the list for unit upgrades.
Due to high operational tempos, the Navy has also recently converted some of it's 60's to MEDEVAC configuration to give the Army air ambulance guys a little relief in the sand box. Just build the carousel for the cabin and paint the Navy HH-60 in current standard USN grey colors.
I will dig up some pictures and post them on the helo forum as soon as possible.
I also have some great CH-46 pics from the Casualty Evacuation Team I ran while in Iraq. The Academy 1/48 Bull Phrog comes with the litters and stanchions. Both sets of decals are from my previous sqaudrons (HMM-261 and HMM-162) and the OOB kit makes a very accurate CASEVAC Phrog. Just move the .50's a little lower in the left hand gun door.
FLY STRAIGHT, BE BRAVE, GO NAVY!
