well from a pilots standpoint i would go with the second choice, from a non-pilots standpoint i think my choice would've been the first. Congrats.

Hey guys! 

Ok, got an 89 on my checkride.  I'm done with BWS and rather thankful for it.  This phase was by far the best flying, but the most frustrating as far as a learning environment.  My IP got the last laugh too.  I should have gotten a 91, but because he never trained me on a particular radio procedure, I ended up getting a C for it, which dropped my grade 2 points. 

No more TH-67 though!  I've got 2 weeks to learn Chapters 5&9 for the AH-64D.  Should be challenging, but doable.

Snakedriver, definitely gonna have quite a few bev's tonight.  Mac, a firehose???  I'll let ya know when I check out of the -64 course!

   I'm guessing that by the time you read this your checkride should be over and you should be enjoying a well deserved adult (aviator) beverage. Be advised that gunnies do not drink soda pop to celebrate ANYTHING!!! You may have a glass of wine, but it must be consumed from a dirty glass.

  Before I offer congratulations I am dying to ask --- What would lead you to believe that the Army beaurocracy could get anything right on the first try?  You are obviously a rookie and need more experience ;)  congrats!

Congrats Jon!  Since you are probably preparing for your checkride right now I will offer my congratulations on your certian success!

Lol, I did the same thing when I was in school 10yrs ago. I was told I was going to be a 6252 A/F for a F-18's, but I'm now a 6152 A/F 6152 46's. I was pissed at first ,but now I love my Phrogs.
