Gotit.. Thanks... Well -written, I must say... Hope you can get it published.. It's not too far off the method I use, but you got a bit more in-depth, along with some things I never thought of.. So.. I'm gonna rip you off and do it your way from now on, ok? Big Smile [:D]

At the very least, it belongs in the Scratchbuilding Hooch, if you're so inclined.. That way, no one will write it up and submit it to FSM and claim it as their own... (it has happened here..)

Tausand Dank, mein Herr...

Thanks. Are you referring to the article or the entire thread? BTW, thanks for the heads up. Much appreciated.

Glad you all got the copy.Hans, 'the ol' dowel, putty, and dried caspia/asparagus fern method' is another method but too time consuming, at least for me... My method works for me and I am happy with the results.

Guess I'll have to request the pdf from you then... I'm really curious as to your building method.. My addy's inbound via PM..

This is the small vignette I did for the article about making cheap pine trees. Since it's been a while since I was modeling I decided to look back on some older projects. I have moved in with my girlfriend until we find a bigger place together. Space is of an issue, so there will be no major modeling this year until we find a bigger place. In the mean time I was thinking of practicing on my figure model which everyone knows I suck. :)

So hopefully I can at least start on doing some figure for this little vignette for the time being. So enjoy the pics.:
