Just completed this dio "Breaching the Hindenburg Line" using Emhars 1/72nd Whippet tank, plus a pair of German field guns

Cool, man! Nice to see some WWI stuff--that's a rare occurence around here!

Nice job on the models! YOu should see if you could find a figure or two to give some sense of scale to it!

Great War 1/72nd figures that are any use are hard to find!  However, thanks to both for your kind words.

Rangie

Nice work mate, nice work!

I have this kit in my stash, how does it build up?

Cheers

Lookin great!  Without figures and the broken and scattered ground work (one of the two towed guns is broken, the barbed wire is broken, there's stuff littered on the ground), it gives it an erie feel.  I don't know anything about the tank, but it looks very well built + weathered, too.  Did you make any modifications to it?

Great dio! Nice to see some variation besides all the WWII and occasional modern subjects. And 1/72, WOW! I'd love to see some more of your work around here. I'm assuming your a 1/72 fan? I'm starting to phase out my 1/35 for 1/72 kits, I figure I should squeeze in as many as I can while I still have young eyes Smile [:)].

Oh ya, no, don't feel that way-ok? Your model is nice. The stuff on that site is all world class, in fact we cant even post on thier forums!! Just enjoy the quality and take it as inspiration. Take a long, long look.Lotsa lessons just in looking-but the articles can't be beat either-read & look I guess I'm saying.
