kettenkopf Nice work, really like the expression on the kneeling rifleman's face. Excellent depiction of a snowy field. Keep'em coming!

Excellent job. The figures and the base all look great.
My attempt at making a diorama...
This diorama depicts Russian Infantry posing for a picture after the battle at the Korsun-Cherkassy (Shevchenkovskiy) Pocket in 1944. The figures are wearing a variety of captured German uniforms as well as their standard dress. The figures wear many different shades of uniforms, this is because in WWII, there was almost no quality control over the color of the fatigues. Factories printed uniforms with whatever colors they had, actual Russian uniforms range from light browns, to khakis, and to olive greens. Made from Master Box's "Photo for the Newspaper" kit, total build and paint time was about 15 hours.
