Maybe I am too used to using Tamiya, as this was my only Trumpeter build. Some trimming is required to make things fit "properly"  and gaps needed filling. The instructions weren't the best also, but I searched the net and found other people had the same issues.

I was the intention that the NCO with binos is scanning the horizon and not looking at what the officer is pointing at. However I see Paperpanzer's point...maybe someone should be looking at where he is pointing!! Would like to add a couple more crew as there were normally 5. Maybe a crew lifting ammo perhaps.

Overall, the dio is excellent. my only problem with it is that not all the figures are facing the same way, unless that was intended? ( I need to put down Shep Paine's book...Smile)

Very good work on this. I had researched these some, they were the work of Major Becker of 21st PD. On many of them, the shield section on both sides of the gun had a wire mesh so that foliage could be attched to it. there is also one photo that hints at a unit insigna that was in the form of a triangle with 3 colors.

It looks like you did a pretty good job with it. Some bigger pictures would be nice but you seem to have done pretty well with it. What sort of problems did you have with the kit?

Thanks Tigerman. Took the pictures with an iphone 5 which is all I have ATM.  I think I reduced the pixels too much in paintbrush. Will see what I can do!

Hi bud. Work looks great, but the pictures are small. Any chance of getting larger ones?

My first Trumpeter kit and had a few dramas with this one. Things needed trimming, instructions weren't the best in some steps, but got there in the end. Still have to reduce shine on figures and add ammo for the MG and what not.
