Recent diorama's
Posted by Bish on Wednesday, March 4, 2020 6:31 AM

Depsite the majority of my aircraft and armour builds being diorama's, i always place threads in the relevant section but keep forgetting to post completed opics here. So here are a few pics of my most recent dio's.

Revell's 1.72nd Fw 200 was my first 4 engined German aircraft. I added Eduard PE, some quickboost resin and an Academy truck.

I don't do many bi-planes, but the Airfix 72nd Gladiator was a real joy to build, ecven the rigging wasn't a chore. I added Eduard PE and a few Quickboost resin parts, but the kit is great as it is. It even comes with a starting handle for the engine.

Dragon's 35th late production Tiger was a typical Dragon kit, lots of parts, compluicated instructions with great detail and great fit. I added some Voayager PE, very handy for this dio, and a metal barrel from Aber and Fruil tracks. Zimm was done with Miliput white.

And my first dio this year was my 6th 72nd Stuka and my 3rd from Fujimi. This are really nice kits, detail is a bit outdated but still, i really like them. I added Eduard PE and decals from generic sets.

Thanks for looking. And i will try to remember to keep posting my builds here.

Oh wow, only think I've seen the Tiger diorama- guess I need to spend more time in the aircraft forum...

They all look great, super nice work- thanks for posting them here for guys like me who missed some of them.

As usual, you're setting the bar pretty high for the rest of us.

I remember all of these except the Stuka. It’s nice to see that one too! And for you to put all of these in one place! Very well done sir! Toast

Excellent
