Approximately 45 Tiger II's and 200 Tiger I's out of about 1034 tanks, TD's and StuGs saw action during
Wacht am Rhein. Only about 775 vehicles were serviceable at the start of the operation.
Battle of the Bulge, Then and Now, lists the AFV strengths of the various units involved, most commonly they had near equal numbers of Panzer IVs and Panthers, and some with comparable numbers of StuGs making up for the shortages of MBTs. Panzerjager IV L/70s, Hetzers and about 45 Brummbars filled out the majority of the rest of the AFVs.
