Both vignettes and dioramas tell a story, more than a tank ins heading for another place or was parked somewhere. As shown, the base provides context and scale but doesn't really tell a story. This would be judged in the appropriate armor class.

Wasn't talking about contest catagories, just simple settings and how he has the base. You know my take on building for contests, won't go there again
