A really nice dio for what you're trying to portray--but what impressed me most was the congenial way that you took some straight-up critique from Heavy Arty (Gino). He tells it like it is, and you took it like a man. Yes

That's the way you get better! Toast

Great dio! Thumbs Up [tup]  I really like the thick trunked palms which are accurate for that region. Other than Heavyarty's usual great advice the only other thing I would do is tone down the color on the palm fronds. I live in Florida and went to Iraq, dodging a few palm trees during my adventures. They almost look flourescent compared to the setting. It could also just be the flash from your camera. Keep those pics coming! I am always inspired by others work.

Dwight, Thank you for viewing bro.

Tango1, the palm tree's bark is made from a modelling clay- good for experimenting. i must suggest to use hardening clay..the leaves is just a bond paper.

Heavy arty, copied all the experts constructive comments.it will be a big help for my next builds.

thanks a lot brothersSmile [:)]

Looks pretty good.  The dirt looks way too big and out of scale though.  Better bet would be to scrape off the actual dirt and lightly spray some sand paint to show sand on the road.  Also, the dirt there is very sand-grey colored, yours is too brown.  Your Abrams is confused too.  You have modeled a USMC M1A1HC, but with an Army extended bustle rack.  I'm assuming it is the Dragon USMC Baghdad kit.  DML messed up and used an Army rack on a Marine tank.  USMC version is very different.   Or, you could change the smoke launchers to the triangular, 6-shot Army type.  The DML "tow hook" is a plastic blob too.  It would look much better if replaced with one from any other kit out there.  Also, it needs lots of gear on it.  We carried all we owned on our vehciles and looked like gypsies.  The center hubs on the road wheels should be black as well.  They are actually clear plasic caps that allow the oil level of the hub to be easily checked.  They look black due to the oil inside.  Some bumper numbers and unit ID numbers on the hull sides would look good too.  Right now, the Abrams looks naked.  I don't particularly like the big piece of white plaster laying next to the building either.  It looks out of place.  Good start, a few tweaks and it will look great.  Good job so far.
