Hey Katoots, wow, there's a lot of work in this! Nice work on all involved here, a nice presentation, but if I could make some observations to improve for next time, I would offer:
Find a better flesh/skin color. THe one you've used here looks a bit dark and pale, especially on some of the reloaders, not really lifelike. Try a little more pink to the shade, and highlight with added white and yellow mix.
A great effort on all the figures, but it's a bit busy for me. It's like I don't know where to look first, or last! A few soldiers--maybe even one--walking by the tank would've been sufficient--if you even need them at all. THere's enough going on with the reloading to capture your interest!
In pic 1151, that triangle on the guy's sleeve is a rank chevron. It should have either one or two silver/grey "V"-stripes along the lower edges.
The tank looks pretty good too; I'm just a bit confused by the time frame and location...is it supposed to be in Tunisia? The groundwork would suggest so...although I don't think the gray scheme would be accurate. If you're going for a European setting, then I would take out the troops and add a line of vegetation/trees, to suggest more of a temperate climate.
NIce work--but could yet be improved! Hope you find my observations helpful!
