Here's a couple of pictures to use for reference for European walls. The stucco in my opinion should also be more of a tan color. The dio looks ike its coming along nicely; be a shame to just leave it as is....

Sorry I left out all the important info on this build.  The tank is Tamiya's old panzer IV D with a little bit of aber PE and a set of Fruils that will eventually be placed on a better model.  (something not quite right about tracks that cost four times as much as the model)  but they have a home for now.  The figs came with the model.

The road is a Kancali product, first time I used anything from them, I was happy with it.  The walls are plaster of paris. The rubble come from an upstairs remodeling, mostly drywall and putty.

I've been modeling for 2 1/2 years now and the only time the wife has made a comment about my models was with the bricks being to red.  I tried to darken them up a little but a gues I should have used something to kill the red and bring out some orange.  The top of the wall was something a never really thought about in the planning of this dio and when I got to it I didn't know where to go with it as far as a roof or a second story so I just sort of gave up on it. (deer in headlights scenario).

I'd like to say I'm going to fix all this stuff before my next build but the mailman just brought me a spankin new panzer 38(t) smart kit.  This will be my first smart kit and a nice step up from the  tamiya panzer D. 

 I did powder the exhaust though.

Now thats looks nice, and I could need that road brick too.

Agreed with what others have said. Tone the bricks down. For bricks I just mix orange and brown with some red until I get the right colour.

About the rubble. It looks great and yes you can add more too, you can almost never add too much rubble, thats what Ive found. Looks good though, and like you said you were gonna weather the tank more. I think it looks good so far, post more pics after. 

Looks good to me. Like the others said about the bricks. To red and needs something to break them up.

Curious where you got the figures. I have a IVc and been kind of lookin figs. with the Panzer berets.

I like the color of the stucco. I would feather out the edges just a bit though, each should be a different color, and maybe add a little orange or brown to the bright red sections of the bricks, and put some seams and mortar across the top of the wall, or it looks kinda like a solid piece of brick. Looks good though, love the road.
