Hi there,

someone told me that I should post one of my Dios here. So here is one which I have build several years ago. The scale is 1:72 off course (I never did and will do anything else)

Take a look at it and I hope you like it. If you want to see more, take a look at my website: www.usns.biz

Have fun with htose pictures

Looks awesome.  I checked out your other works as well.  I just love the suspended helos.  Great job.

Looks great! hard to beleive it's in such a small scale!  Awesome water effects too.  How DO you suspend the helo?

Hi there,

great that you like that Diorama, how did I suspend the helo? pretty easy, the single wire which seems to hang down from the chopper is made of brass and thats it!

Stay tuned cause I got a few more pictures of other models which I will post soon.

Flight Quarters...Flight Quarters, all flight deck crew, man your stations. Now watch for props, rotors and jet blast. All flight deck gear to be worn, helmets on, goggles down, pant legs tucked in..

Whew, for a minute there I was having flash backs of VERTREPS on the John F.Kennedy (CV-67) in the early 80's

you got the picture of that evolution down to a "T"

Thats pretty sweet. I also stick with 1/72-1/87 (HO) scale. I even do some 1/144.

I tried my hand at a 1/35 scale Warrior MCV by Acedemy I got off a friend, never could finish. Too much surface to paint too LOL. Great job though.

Hey there,

yes I build the ship entirely scratch, actually it was pretty easy, some cardboard, some plastic and a lot of details, took me less than 30 hrs.

Hope you like it.
