That thing looks like its about to fly off the table!  So much for a static displays.

Finally!

Thanks guys...

The props are plastic discs painted wit acrylics and cut to shape with a #11 blade. THe water is a foam block roughed up with a pneumatic sander to make waves. It was then painted with acrylics, then coated with a clear acrylic paste. The wakes were built up with wall spackle. painted and coated with the acrylic paste.
