Really nice. I keep trying to give my insights to others abt what makes dios fail, but this sez how to do it right better than words. Really creative, straightforward, entirely plausible (oh, why not!!), and lets you use your imagination to fill in the rest.

I guess my only comment would be that along the lines of the bottom of the trench, what if you did the retaining wall with some tech looking stuff like, oh I don't know, computer fan mesh or steel wool, or Future sprayed from that thing on his wrist, or ...

Dude, your workmanship is just keeps on getting better and better. 

Looks pretty good.  The groundwork and trench came out really nice.  Good use of those decals too.  The only thing I would change is the blood stain(?).  If it is supposed to be blood, it is too bright.  Blood starts turning very dark, almost black once it is outside the body.  If it is supposed to be something else, it looks too much like and attempt as blood.  A more pink color representing "cherry juice" (hydraulic fluid) would be good too, with maybe some running down the leg of the Mech.  Good job on the rest of it though.

Or maybe since it's sci-fi, a little green antifreeze mixed with Future?

Thanks, and good ideas.  About the blood- I can't really fix it now, since I mixed the red paint into the muddy puddle of epoxy resin in the bottom as it dried, which made a cool effect of the blood kind of like mixing with the water and leaving little wispy trails through it--but the camera didn't really show it. But the best part about modelling this sci fi thing is--it can be whatever.  Maybe it's alien blood.  Maybe he's on steroids that make his blood neon red.  Who knows.

Well considering its still wet I think it's totally believeable that the blood is that colour. It hasnt dried out yet and gone brown. Like blood on snow stays red for a long time.
