The "Drvar 1944" loks nicely done, but the choice of having the "snaeking" soldiers in with the others of relaxed poses seems incongruous...tell "Joh" to think more carefully about the theme of the dio and then choose only the correct figurs tha reflect that theme, and not just put in as many soldiers as can. The vehicles look well-done.

All the figure sets look pretty nicely painted. Big Smile [:D]

Joh has some serious ability to paint those tiny 1/76 figures camo smocks. But I gotta agree with Doog about the placement of relaxed figures vs. action oriented. Perhaps placing the standing tall troops in the lee side of the armored vehicles while the advancing troops move in the open would tell where the danger is more effectlively.

In Drvar 1944, are the figures the same scale?

Remember, we are told Post Counts don't matter! (unless it's really high)

I like the Mamaev Hill figs. I keep looking at them at my LHS, wondering if the poses could look real enough. Tristar has done a good job with these, and so has Joh

The Drvar dio looks good, well painted, especially in this scale. But as the others have stated, there are relaxed figures and ones ready to attack. Either the active figures should go or the casual ones. Doesn't make sense having both in together.

Many thanks for your kind comments, compliments and suggestions! I agree with the doog, stikpusher and Kelly_Zak that some figures don't fit in the Drvar scene, and I have told Joh the other day (he's finished several new vignettes).

Moon Puppy, while the halftrack is 1:76 scale, I believe the Hetzer and the figures are 1:72 ones.

SteveM, I think the same, both Tri Star and Joh have done good job with this kit and piece.
