My wife and I took our kids to a pizza resterant this afternoon.
My daughter asked for some quarters for the machines and I kindly abliged.
To my amazement she brings back 3 small figures in little balls and inside were little boxs.
The boxs are marked barbie and they are the real thing.
These little figures match up well against other 1/48 scale figures standing a little over one inch tall.
they are also highly detailed.

Now my pilots will have a couple of fine ladys standing by their planes out on the tarmac.

If there was a Barbie standing by an aircraft, who would want to go flying and leave them behind?Wink [;)]

No prob. Just make sure your aircraft has a second seat. I imagine taking a lady up for a ride might impress her.

Way back in February 1982, I had just gotten out of the Army and had yet to secure a job, so I gave airplane rides on the weekends at my hometown airport. A girl with whom I'd went to school with had just started work there as a receptionist, so a good 45 minutes of each day was spent listening to her go on about how much she'd like to go out on a date with some fellow who lived a few doors down.Black Eye [B)]

On about the third Saturday of giving rides, before the first car pulled in the parking lot, she said; "Oh you have to get going, what do you think I should do?" (referring to her delima), and I replied; "Well, what you REALLY should do is come and go flying with me."Approve [^]
