Try calling Dragon USA at 626 968 0322. It took the better part of six weeks to get the part I was looking for but I did get it. If you wanf the whole story check this thread http://www.finescale.com/fsm/community/forum/topic.asp?TOPIC_ID=10027

Don't know about Stateside, but Hasegawa' s customer service is excellent here in Japan. As you might expect!

Okay, that was not an option on Hasegawa's website. It only gave and e-mail address for Dragon. I had no idea this existed. Thanks a lot for the help.

Missing parts
Posted by Anonymous on Thursday, January 29, 2004 9:14 AM

I was building Hasegawa's F-8E Crusader and found that I was missing a part. So I go to their website and it says to contact the distributor in the US which is Dragon. I click on the link and it gives an e-mail address to get in contact with them. I use the e-mail address provided and explain that I am missing a part and what can I do to get a replacement. That was two weeks ago and I have yet to hear anything from them. What gives? Luckily it is not a part that can actually be seen but it would still be nice to have it and to know that there is some type of customer support out there. Anyone else have a bad experience with this/them? Just curious.
