                        I just bought an Eduard set for the Monogram P-51D. I have no idea why it isn't on the site. Probably, it is out of production. I agree with Nick. You can probably just use the ones for the Tamiya kit and adapt it to ur Monogram one.

                        i just took a look on eduard's website and couldn't find the monogram set either, but i would have thought that most sets would be ok for your mustang, as long as they were for the same variant, which in this case they are.
                        you could always have look on ebay as well i suppose.

                        Hey,
                        I have a formation of Monogram 1/48 P-51D Mustangs that have been calling my name from the storage closet here lately, but I am lacking some PE detail for them. Does anyone know if either of Eduard's PE kits (#48339--for Hasegawa OR #48200--for Tamiya) will work for the Monogram kit????

                        I don't mind if I have to fudge it a little, but just a little more detail in the cockpit would be great!!

                        (P.S. Just so you don't think I'm stupid....I do know that True Details USED to have a PE set specifically for the Monogram kit, but from what I can tell, that is currently OOP.)

                        Any input on this would be GREATLY APPRECIATED!! Thanks...Happy Modeling!!
