Anyway, it's been over 6 weeks now. Is this typical? If so, I'll continue to be patient. If not, I guess I gotta go bird-dog it.

 

Yes...it takes a long time.  I needed a replacement canopy for my Spit Mk. IX and it took forever.  They are shipped from Japan I believe.

Does anyone have any experience ordering parts from Hasegawa?

I had to order the replacement sprue containing the tail section for my 1/72 B-24J Liberator. My dog literally ate mine after I had it all but together. Really! Just glad it wasn't attached to the rest of the plane yet.

Anyway, it's been over 6 weeks now. Is this typical? If so, I'll continue to be patient. If not, I guess I gotta go bird-dog it.
