$18 for one clear sprue? Prices really have gone up. I only paid $8 when I needed parts. No more Hasegawa for me.

I called the phone number and told them what I needed and it took a while but I got the replacement parts. In fact they sent me more than I asked for. So kg4kpg call 1-217-389-8970 about the parts you need for that TF-104G you have, and you might just get those parts, and be pleasantly surprised, I sure was "heck one more sprue tree and the clear parts tree and I'd have had a compleat model !

I have used Hasegawa customer service once over the years. They are glacially slow, but eventually replaced my missing part. Good luck to you with them and welcome aboard!

I have had good luck calling 1-217-398-8970.  I have even gotten parts for older kits.

Send an email to them at the US side.  Look up Hasegawa on the net and go from there.  They sent me a different instruction sheet for a P51 and had to come from Japan.  Don't know on parts though.

Welcome, and good luck. I needed one small clear part for a TF-104G and they said I would have to buy the complete clear sprue for $18 plus postage. The kit still sits on the shelf of doom. Sure can't hurt to try though. I looked for the email I wrote to for this post but must have deleted it in my email, so no luck.

Hasegawa replacement parts
Posted by bigscaledave on Thursday, May 7, 2015 5:11 PM

Hello I'm bigscaledave and thank you for letting me join this form. I have been away from modeling since my entrust in modeling was displaced by my entrust in girls. I have a question, how can I get replacement parts for my Hasegawa model aircraft kits? Again thanks for letting me join this forum, and a preemptive thanks for any answers you can give me for my problem with replacement parts. Dave
