I'm with the others- solid build, nice weathering and carrier deck base. Yes

I realized after it was painted that it was supposed to be an Atlantic F4F, I will order some proper decals and will apply them

Stunning....Weird seeing a Wildcat with stars and bars, usually just the star. Thanks for sharing...

Decals look fine to me, I can't see any silvering in the photos. Beautiful work on the fading- love how she turned out!

Thanks guys. Finally picked up some Solvaset yesterday, I'll try to get the decals finished up, otherwise I might paint the Stars and Circles

Nice Wildcat!  Love that you have it on a Carrie deck.

Beautiful job on your Wildcat and the carrier deck is great too!

Thanks Toshi, I've enjoyed your builds. Hope I can do more more often. The carrier deck was a bit of a hastle, glad it turned out okay.

Wow, awesome weathering, I'm amazed at how you can get those panel lines looking so distinct.  The Wildcat looks really good on that carrier display.  Great job.

Thanks Allen, I appreciate it. My attention is now on my C-47, my brother visited earlier in the week and dropped off a few boxes full of model kits (Grumman Albatross, 747, 737, F-15, F/A-18, KA-3D Skywarrior) so I'll be busy.

Good call on the Solvaset. If that doesnt work...

Decal issues aside, its a beautiful build.  I like the weathering.

I've been back home waiting to start sim training for the MD-11, finished the beast. I didn't put a clear coat to seal the decals in, as the decal solvent I have didn't do anything. I'll go get Solvaset and apply to the decals and then seal everything up, but for now I'm calling it done.
