Too late for the Mustang group build
Posted by Cobra 427 on Saturday, June 4, 2016 6:56 PM

I know that this is too late for the Mustang build, but I built this a long time ago. I painted it with a Harbor Freight airbrush that I modified for a better airline fitting. I wish now that I had filled the seams first, but it was hard to paint enough without hassling further with it. I changed the decals since this was originally an Airfix model from 1977. This is the Mustang P-51B turtleneck.

Thanks for looking.

That is one really beautiful build!  I love it, and you did a very nice job with the exhaust stains

I too own not just a Harbor Frieght Tools AB, I also have the Harbor Frieght Tools air compressor.  I purchased both as a set.  I've never had any issues with both modeling tools.  They paid for themselves twice over.  Take care of your equipment and it will always take care of you.

Not too shabby. My first air compressor was from HF. It started to get noisy and finally stopped so I had to replace it. I got about 5 years out of it. Thanks for sharing Chris... .
