First Real Photo Post.

After a few trials on becoming accepted and then posting pictures, I'm ready to give it a try.

1/48 Revell F-84G Thunderjet from the Korean War Era. A very good friend flew one of these during the Korean war and later practiced toss bombing this early nuclear weapon with dummy warhead of course.

The model was inexpensive and was suprisingly detailed. Recommended!

It is good that you got the photo posting figured out. It is great that you shared your magnificent build. Very nice work indeed.

Wow! This picture thing is cool. I am a professional Commercial Photographer and I'm just trying to see what looks good. (I cheat!)

And JohnnyK, I assume NMF means natural metal finish? It's been a few years ago on this  one but I think it was Model Master Acryl silver airbrushed and followed with clear.

And again the fit, finish and detail were all excellent for a Revell.F-84G sideF-84G Bottom

Thanks Gamera and everyone else! The story is I went to a wine and painting class and everyone was painting flowers. I thought the group needed a little action. Lotsa bang in that F-84 nuke even in the fifties---Scary.
