This is the Revellogram P-39 kit which has been around for ages and one I must confess have never built because...quite frankly I never liked the Airacobra (always looked like something the Italians would build). At any rate this is a P-39D-2, of 51st FG, North Africa 1943 in olive drab over neutral gray. The kit actually goes together quite well, I chose not to expose the engine or gun guts (didn't think it adds a whole lot and needed the gun space for fishing weights to keep it from tail sitting). I goobered up the canopy (didn't fit worth sour owl poop) and some of the decals silvered for unknown reason. This was my first kit using two products I've never used before, EZ Line and CA accelerator (a HUGE for both), comments always welcome.
Science is the pursiut of knowledge, faith is the pursuit of wisdom. Peace be with you.
