NICE! I was thinking of using a little sponge for the camo on my 262, but I haven't decided yet. This is basically the same camo pattern I was thinking of though!

Nicely done, Max!  :D:D

Thanks Gang, the paint sceme was done with a brush but I did practice and plan. I base painted some extra pieces and did quite a bit of practice before doing the actual model. If you were doing a full scale rendition a giant coarse sea sponge would be the tool. It's kind of like a stamping usually in a series of threes. A little scary at first but I finally got the hang of it.

Amazing paint job! How the heck did you do it? If you used an A/B you must have very steady hands! The whole build looks very nice.

Well I've been off on the Aircraft Photography Thread the last few days which is my other passion. Back to modeling! Here it is, nothing special, just another clean build for Max's Comparitive 1/48 Aircraft Museum. Check it out. Smile

I visualize the German camo painter using a large coarse sea sponge on this one!
