According to Martin Bowman's "B-17 Combat Missions", the Cheyenne modification was installed starting with B-17G-90-BO (Boeing), B-17G-50-DL (Douglas), and B-17G-55-VE (Lockheed Vega).
I have some questions about the B-17G. What blocks were the Cheyenne tails added, what blocks were the staggered/unframed waist windows installed, and what would the oil stains and weathering for an engine that is missing(not gone, the other type of missing).
Thanks for the help!
