Wow! Great job. I have this kit in the stash as well. Someone gave it to a buddy of mine and he passed it on to me. The original owner barely started on the interior just a bit. I can’t wait to get on it once I get some time. I’ll probably finish it as Chow Hound as well.

Good job. What a fun kit. I see Toshi is building one too. This is a classic that all modellers should build. Keep up the good work!

Yes for being older tooling I was impressed with the detail and engineering of this kit.

I have a Monogram 1/48 B-17G Visible that I built hanging from the wall.  Last night Mrs. Toshi purchased me a Revell 1/48 B-17G kit.  Since I have half the Visible B-17G painted in NMF, I’ll be doing mines in Model Master Enamel Olive Drab.

Yes, you’ve inspired me to build a “Chow Hound“ as well, just like yours albeit not as good as yours!  Speaking of your build, it is magnificent!  Great job.

Your friend, Toshi

Looking good!  Love the Monogram B-17.  I need to build another one, dedicated to my music teacher.

Nice build of the classic Monogram B-17G!  It's always fun to see it built.  That's one of the subjects on the kit's sheet of decals, isn't it?

Cool.

I have two 1/48 B-17s waiting to be built.  I might get triggered to do it when "The Mighty Eighth" on HBO finally airs.
