I just realized after looking thought my stash inventory that I have the old ECSI 1/48 version of this.  I had it out on my work bench like 6 months ago looking at how much work this one will be,  yours turned out so good I may have to revisit mine.

I have the version with the huge cannon underneath.

What a beaut! I built the same kit a few years ago and loved it. Thanks for sharing.

Nice looking model.  Really cool airframe.  Any info on the gunsight (I assume) being outside the windscreen?

The cockpit is very small, my understanding is the gunsight located outside the cockpit was the best option.

Cheers
