                        Hi, I’m About to order some AKinteractive paint from eBay, to be axactly I’m buying their AK481 Xtreme metal polished aluminium 30 ml.

                        so is there anyone who has experience with this paint? And are they enamel based? 

                        I’m using this to paint my B-17G from Revell, and my P-47n thunderbolt from Revell. 

                        I’ll do a finished post on those models later! Thanks in advance

                        I just recently tried them for the first time and overall enjoyed using them.  They make a good metal finish for sure.  I tried several colors and they all look good.  I did tape tests on them too.  All the colors were perfectly fine with pulling up masking tape except for the basic aluminum color (polished aluminum was fine).  Not sure why....maybe was just a fluke or one bad bottle.  But all the others were perfectly fine. They are a bit smelly so have some good ventilation.  Officially I think they are enamel, but are mixed with other ingredients too.  Dries super fast.

                        I have several sets and they work well when thinned and let them dry for 2 days at least.My sets are acrylic.
