Posted by kayajeep on Saturday, February 09, 2019 4:53 PM

Looking for information on how to contact Airfix. Have a 1/24 scale Stuka with the

top half of the stabilizer missing (part # 138 ). Acording to Airfix US they don't carry spare parts. Any information would be greatly appreciated. Can be contacted at stuman164@yahoo.com

They have a customer support contact form here: https://www.airfix.com/uk-en/contact

Enter your contact details and a description of the problem and hopefully you'll hear back from them

I know armornut contacted them last year about missing parts, but as Phil suggested he had to contact them on this side of the pond.

Airfix was ready to assist, however they only take Pound Sterling,( British Pound), and it was for a kit currently oop. Folks were friendly via the e-mails. The only issue I had was on my end securing the proper currency.

we're modelers it's what we do
