1/48 Airfix Boulton Paul Defiant Mk.I

First Airfix kit in many years and man... they have really come along way.  Really nice kit.  Well engineered.  Made a few mistakes here and there, particularly with the Alclad flat picking up every floating thing in the world and mucking up the paint but overall - she looks like a Defiant.  One of those planes that lacks a great military history record  but I sure like the lines.

Thanks,

John

Nice job on an uncommon subject!

Well done and I too like the subject, cool looking plane. I've seen many reviews raving about MRP paint but none on the Alclad colors. How do you rate the colored Alclads.

I've admired this airframe since I was a kid. I even have this same kit in 1/72.

I'd love to build it as well as you've built yours. Very well done, sir!

Verry Nice! Indeed Airfix has come along way. Their Hurricane is fantastic! .
