1/72 Academy Me-163B Komet & CMK Resin cow and ground crew

When I saw CMK released these sets, I thought what a great story it's telling, and perhaps an overlooked part of what was happening due to lack of equipment in the war.
I'm no diorama maker, but I wanted to do this one. Earth base is still drying, but I don't think the colour will change a lot.

Interesting juxtaposition. Nicely done.

OK. On the bench: Way too much to build in one lifetime...

I saw that CMK release and thought it was a great idea. Look forward to seeing your build.

Nice done dio! Just a point of anatomic interest, from someone who grew up on a farm. The bovine in the historic photo is a male, most likely neutered and known as an ox. You have used a cow ( female ). Otherwise a great build!

Yeah, I know it's a cow, this is what CMK made in 1/72, I had no choice, I believe their 1/48 version is the ox
