Hey Tom - the manufacturer is Starfighter Decals and it looks like they do not have this in 1/32.
They do however have a set for Wildcats at Midway including E.S. McClusky's mount

the BaronGood call, Stik, it's worth it to ask to clarify the question
Excellent call, indeed...which would explain George's initial comment about 'conflicting info,' which frankly confused me. Easy enough to conflate similar names...which we've all done at one time or another.
In that event...there's an illustration here:

stikpusher cadman Hello, what F4F plane and markings did Wade McCuskey have at Midway? I am seeing all kinds of conflicting info online and thought I would ask one you historian model experts. Thanks in advance. George Re you talking about Elbert Scott McCuskey of VF-3 flying from USS Yorktown at Midway?

He flew a bomber at Midway, not a fighter, not sure of the exact model and makings.
Looks correct. I have the 1/48 Hasegawa SBD-3 in the stash and located these decals. I'm doing Bests mount but it also has McClusky amongst others
Here is a drawing of it. Can't vouch for the accuracy of it.

Wade McClusky flew an SBD-3 Dauntless dive bomber at Midway, not an F4F Wildcat fighter.
The Dauntless markings were pretty plain...star roundels with the red centers painted out, with black letters 'GC' (for group commander) just beneath the rear cockpit gunner's position.
