flat red?

Flat insignia red is FS 11136. Gloss insignia red is FS 31136. The US military uses only these two colors. Other countries might use a different color of red.

The MM stock # is 2073. It is semi-gloss, and has a slight "pinkish" hue. You're welcome ! Good luck, & post pics of that bird when she's done !

Thanks PIX, I didn't know that. I will pick it up tonite. Is it a flat? Actually, I don't see it in the Modelmaster chart I have. I did remember seeing it in the shop, I don't recall who made it.

nsclcctl - The paint that was used on the 190's underside is RLM 23 Rot. I know MM makes one, and there are probably acrylic ones available, too. There may not be an FS # for it (I don't know), but the color that the Germans used there was RLM 23. Hope this helps !
