State of Michigan group build idea

Hey guys, I had an idea for a state of Michigan group build.  It would apply only to people who call Michigan home, or at least a place to live during the summer.  If anybody is interestred let me know.  I've never ran a group build before.  You could build any subject as long as it is Michigan related.

Hey Vassar-13, your GB is way too selective/exclusive in my opinion. Your only letting in Michigan folks and the allowed entries as you said were, "build any subject as long as it is Michigan related." Your limiting your GB in a bad way, by seriously choking off it's room to grow in builds and members. If you want to start a GB you should first test the water, for example start a thread in the aircraft or armor section to see if their's enough interest first. Hope this gives you some ideas.Smile [:)]

Grand Rapids is my home of record but really haven't lived in Michigan since graduating from State in 94 and receiving my commission in the Army.  I would like to get in on it as I am technically still a resident of Michigan.(perhaps a F-16 from Selfridge, an A-10 from Battle Creek, a CH-47, or a UH-60 would work too - as long as markings could be found).

Cheers, Matt
