A few suggestions- float the idea first before setting a start date to see in order to see if anyone is interested; you probably should have a bigger build window since the majority of GBs tend to be longer- lots of participants have multiple GBs going on and need that extra time; try to steer clear of the political aspects of the build, many died as a result of the Japanese aggression in WWII, and not all were Americans...
You're enthusiasm for GBs is very apparent, but take some time to see how they work and test the waters. You're all over the boards with multiple GB proposals- a bit of overexposure.
