Getlman,

Here are the rules:

1. If it is built to shot at aircrafts, it is allowed

2.Any scale, any make, any era...barels or missiles

3.Start day Oct 14th 2009 00:01.....ends on April 14th 2010 24:00 your local timeSmile [:)]

4. To get a badge you must post at least one photo of your build. It's not that I don't trust     you but I do think it would be nice to see who built what. Please don't feel intimidated if your skils are not like those of the master modelers, it is ment to be fun and not a competition.

5.WIP and tuttorials are wellcomed

I break my kits down into file lolders tree a and so on

and I am also useo=ing eduards pe sets

the goal is a diorama of a missle battery of 3 Sa-6, 2 Sa-4 1 Sa-9 and 1 P-40 Long track for radar  and possability a truc for reloading Sa-6  but that would have to be scratch built

1 Sa-4 is at 60% and Sa-9 is complete might also through a couple of zsu's but we will see

Gentlman,

I am glad that you like the badge.

You can use it as soon as you complet a model and post at least one photo of it.  I am wandering if it is possible to add a small silouethe of an airplane to it, you know, the kind that AA guys paint on their guns to mark a kill. One silouethe for each model completed. If somebody could do it that would be great.

FLAKPANZER T-34 almost ready for paint.

I decided to build the racks out of .010" styrene strip because the photo etch was too thin.

Also Dragon only gives you 8 ammo boxes and you need 28!

So I had to cast copiesBanged Head [banghead]

Not too bad progress for the weekend, hey?

Questions/comments...

Moving right along!

Strange to see a T-34 in Dunkel Gelb...

I have decided to try the "salt Weathering" technique.

Here are a few shots of the camo before I leave for work.

PJ, your T-34 Flakpanzer is looking great!

As for me, I am gonna tackle the Italeri 1/35 M163 SP Vulcan track. Something not commonly seen here.

On the home stretch!

Still more detail painting, adding ALL those ammo cans (28), also some other details.

I am still trying to solve the radio antenna dilemma.

Then on to final weathering.
