Hey man, those images are so large that I am having to scroll across the page all the time - sorry couldn't help it.

Thanks for your help, I didn't have either of these available so thought I better check my profile preferences & it turns out I had "SEND NOTIFICATIONS" set to no, so I have corrected this now & all is OK - hopefully the thread will now show one more follower.

I was going to suggest a screenprint from you, but figure the whole Photobucket thing would be a bit long winded, so thanks again - its appreciated.

You don't have this button (Circled in Red) in the upper left corner, below the thread title-bar?

Or this one? *NOTE: If you use the "Quick Reply" button at the bottom of a post, it won't be there. You have to use the "Reply" button at the top of a particular post.

 Milairjunkie:

How do I become a "follower" of this post?

Check the box in your reply that says to "Email me replies to this post" or click on the box at the top of each page that says, "Email mewhen someone replies"...

Hans, I dont want to seem exceptionally dumb here, but neither of these options seem to be available to me, nothing at the top of the page & nothing in the drop down box, either when looking at the post or when editing a reply - any ideas?

If i may make a suggestion. It might be an idea to start another post for the build itself. Lay down the few rules, start date and then you can list all those taking part with their builds on the first or second post.

Two Questions;

How do I become a "follower" of this post?

Is it time to change the name to GB Stash Bomber?

Yes prototypes would be fine, as long as it is a bomber aircraft this build will go on until when ever come and go as you please have fun and lets build some awsome aircraft. March would be a fine start time give everyone time get get what they need together, build more than one if you want, have fun and lets show them off when everyone is done and satisfied.

Is it alright if the bomber never saw any actual service i.e. prototypes?

BTW, Milair Junkie...  Think you could try to re-arrange your siggy pics, like into two rows?  Laid out end-to-end like that, you force folks to use their slider bar to read every post on the pages you post on..

Yes, no problem- can you belive a CR between the 3rd + 4th pic to put them on different lines puts me past the allocated space ****. I will remove them, re-size & re-post.

I haven't been involved in any GB before & since this one cover a kit I will soon be starting & is open ended it suits me. Like Bish suggests, start of March would suit me for one. Possibly if it all falls together & a few more join, we could then have a plug at a finish date - some where in a time far, far away?

I have not seen any open ended GB's yet, but sounds like a good idea. As for a start date, well i guess it don't matter about other GB's if there is no real time frame, people can come and go as they please. Maybe a start date for the 1st March.  And then people can commit when ever they are ready to start. I will probably be in at the end of the year. Just to clear somthing up, would dive bombers such as the Ju-87 be included.

Open-ended is OK, but a start-date would be nice... Builds anticipation, ya know...

if anyone wants to help with a group badge set me know, I could use some help on this, its going to be an open build no time frame or specific bomber, as long as it is a bomber aircraft.

My stash comprises (in total) a 1/72 Tu-160 which I was going to be starting in the next few weeks - only thing is this will NOT be a quick build at over 600 parts & 3/4 metre long. It is (in my mind anyway) a big money kit, so I wont be rushing it - Tamiya have not yet delivered the 1/2 pallet of XF-2 it will need.

As said I can start in the next few weeks, but what sort of overall timescale are you looking at?

Likewise, if you give an idea of your time frame, i will be able to let you know. If its going to run till the end of the year then i may be able to come in as my other GB's will be done and i might just have caught up on my Dio's.

I have a Monogram 1/48th B-26 Marauder in the pipeline, along with a Monogram A-26C and an AMT A-20...  Gimme an idea of your time-frame and I'll let ya know... Hopefully you won't fire up right away, but in a month or so, I'm done with the others..
