Thanks for your interest everyone, the MiG Alley GB is here. We only have 3 on the roster at the moment but I am sure it will gain momentum.

El Taino

I have built 2 1/48 Migs since the beginning of the year. I wouldn't mind a 3rd one. I wanted the Eduard Mig 21 kit, but it was sold out everywhere. Got an email notification from Scale Hobbyist when I was half way with the Academy Angry.

I got mine from Lucky Model in Hong Kong. Not the Subscriber edition but the newie non the less.

Cheers

Started kits allowed?

How far along are you? Ideally a started kit could include cockpit and stuff, perhaps the fuselage sewn up but no wings attached? What's the bird/kit?

Cheers

Like vance i am afraid i am going to have to watch this one from the outside. I have a few MiG's in the stash, but i am going to struggle to complete the builds for the GB's i am already commited to. But will be a good GB to watch. And will deffinatly keep an eye on the MiG 3. Are you useing one of the kit markings or an AM set.

I am a Norfolk man and i glory in being so

this Idea had been bouncing around in my head too.... YOU can call it the "Mig Alley" Group build!

Now that I'm here, where am I??

There should be interest enough to run that one Casper, all kinds of aircraft options & users. I'm interested in watching but am currently Mig-less. (And desperately need to thin out the stash before I dare pick up anything new.)

Toast Good luck!

Hi everyone,

I'm about to receive my new release Eduard 1/48 MiG21-MF and have been looking around for a GB to post WIPs in but there doesn't seem to be anything.

So...

Anybody interested in a MiG GB? Any type of MiG built by the Russian Aircraft Corporation MiG or ikoyan-and-Gurevich Design Bureau, any production aircraft, experimental or drones. This also can start pretty much ASAP and go until May 1 2012. Any amount of AM or OOB is fine.

If there is enough interest I'll create a new GB but first we'll see how it goes.

Cheers
