Gentlemen,
Though I’ve been modeling for many years this is the first time I’ve posted one of my models. Attached are a few photos of my interpretation of the Dagger, C-430 flown by Capt. Raul Diaz the day he was shot down. It is an older PM Models 1/72 kit built straight from the box with some cockpit detail added. I tried to imagine what the actual green id. panels would look like considering that the plane was covered with a thin layer of ice which, as I understand it, was cleaned off using newspaper just before painting. I’m planning to build the Sea Harrier flown by L/Cdr Andy Auld next.
Frank
Nice looking build there. The falklands GB is now going to run until the end of the year, would be nice to have the harrier in there. I am not sure why some photos just show links and others show the actual photo.
I am a Norfolk man and i glory in being so

Nice Dagger Frank! Like Bish mentioned, bring that Sea Harrier on over to the Falklands GB, we'd love to see you there.
On the bench: Airfix 1/72 Wildcat; Airfix 1/72 Vampire T11; Airfix 1/72 Fouga Magister
Thanks Bish.
I'll try to find out from FSM what I have to do to show the photos rather than the links.
