Stick out tongueStick out tongueStick out tongue

I have an old Aurora SkipJack, I had one when I was 8, and got one of those big

ones for about $70 online. I think it was Squadron that put it on sale.

I have that 1/700 Arizona, also a build from the 60's, and a 1/350 in the stack, annnd, a few years back someone whom knows I like it got me that big Trumpy. I'll probably have to get rid of them eons before I build them though.

Bragging aside, you

are fully indoctrinated, errrrrr.....inducted.......Big SmileCoolYes

Heck, i even have an AMT 1/25 Chev, and an AMT NCC 1701 Enterprise - the 'duck'

Now Jim;

Don't take this honor lightly, as it has massive gravitas, and is of great importance:

This magnificent honor bequeathed upon you, and $2.50,

will buy you a small cup of coffee.Whistling

I especially love the box art on the old 1/700 Arizona's.

Hey guys!!

I apologize for being such an absent host!

I'm halfway through a new set of qualification exams,

so with any luck, I'll be back by Christmas.

I really appreciate the work as it comes in, and

I'm trying to hang on to my own BUFF project.

Listen, all the best, I'm still monitoring, if

not participating daily.

No problem, Dom.  We all have something taking away from our hobby time.  Post any picture you like on the Wall of Fame.

Too late!  I am already crazy!

These scales are a challenge, but they don't take very long to do.  A nice "just get it done" project.  I am working my way up to 1/72. My next stop is DML 1/200.  I'll start with the D Model.

Hello everyone,

I am a new guy here.  I am getting back into modeling after an on and off thing over the past many years.  My first project is a B-52H, an old Revell kit, #4584 unfortunately I seem to misplaced the instructions.  Due to the age of the kit the instructions are no longer available from Revell.  If anyone has the directions and could email a pdf file of them I would greatly appreciate it.

Thanks,

John

Revell 1:144, B-52H.  More to follow.

Russ, The end result is I may have some  home made parts for ya. Im working on making a fan face for the J-57 engine without the nacelle. ( Shh, I will send you a pic later on, may have you beta test the final product...) Currently working on NB-52A 52-0003 as a ramp mate to 52-0008.

Anyone  that has the extra J-57 engine and isnt going to use it, Id sure like to have a few extras!! Look at some AMARC photos and you will see what Im talking about.. (May even try to cast a few myself and see how that goes....)

Dom,  Do you happen to have any more of those "special" wepons?? You sent me one a while back and Id like to load the CIA B-52 with at least 6 of em.

Anyhoo, Thanks to Dom and  anyone else who helps me realize my goal, and yes Dom, I know I need help, Thanks for the concern, but its already too late for me!!!

I just figured out what my styrene bone-yard is called:

BMARC - Boxcar's Maintenance And Regeneration Center

Almost as big as this one:

Well;

The satellite is taking pictures Russ, so as soon as they get uploaded to the

Cyberspaceage, they will be available.

This is an onerous task. I found out I may have 500 kits.Devil

So, this is a photo review of about half my BMARC yard:

So, that is a SAT scan of about half the BMARC yard. Those brown cardboard boxes are full of inventoried kits. That scan doesn't include armor, or legacy kits, or local dump sites.

It also doesn't include about another 200 or so kits stacked in the same space.

I, much like the US inventory officials, cannot locate the cherished J-57 from the

1/72 BUFF D kit.

Errrr, embarrassing, except I have Kathlene Propylene Sabaylyouooose looking after their

very wary where-abouts, so you know you will get to the truth....LOLBig Smile

The XY-B3549 had 'NEW KEW LURE" engines, and was especially equipped

to puff special breakfast cereal to kids so they wouldn't end up as socialists....lol

My philosophy was different......
