Hey guys I'm new to the group builds and I was wondering if it was to late to join and build my Revell F-86F Sabre jet. Haven't started it yet just finished my p-47d hopping to start the F-86 tomorrow.

Because mine sit's really low in side because the the gray part right behind the intstrument panel told me to put right in the back of it but its sits to low any ideas of how to fix it or do i just live with it. BTW ill post pics tomorrow i put my wings together o\on the fuslage.

I haven't built mine yet, it's still in the "to do" pile that is getting bigger and bigger.  If you can, I'd try fiddling with it just to see if it will sit in there right.

Going to build a F2H Banshee I've had sitting in the closet for some time.  It's a MPC re-box of the Airfix Banshee in 1/72.

That looks great! Just the right amount of paint to let the preshading show through

She's coming right along, almost there!

You're doing way better than me anyway... I went and sprayed the yellow stripes over the crappy decals on the wings of my F-86 again and got a little over-spray on the aluminum. So I figured the yellow paint is acrylic and the Alclad is solvent based so I can use a cotton swab with a little rubbing alcohol to take off the yellow. Well the Alclad came right up with the alcohol, so now I need to repaint a bunch of it. No photos- I don't feel like embarrassing myself...  Bang Head

Looking good 68GT, I had some decal silvering issues with my last build, but far, far worse than you. And I can't really consider a build complete if I haven't broken a few pieces off.  It happens to all of us Gamera. When I did my F-4 I had all kinds of overspray issues on the SEA camo

Lol, it's not the overspray Bob- it's that I had no friggin' idea rubbing alcohol will strip Alclad!  Dunce
