this year will mark the 60th anniversary of the TA escort missions...
they never lost a bomber 2 enemy fighters during those missions , quite a remarkable accomplishment & one well worth commemorating IMHO.

END DATE: flexible...
(because i hardly ever meet these ending deadlines myself, LOL !)
build any a/c flown by Tuskegee Airmen, in any scale:
PT-17 Stearmans, BT-13 Vultees, AT-6 Texan, P-40N (trainer a/c)
P-40L/M, P-39Q, P-47C/N, P-51B/C & D model fighters, & B-25J bomber...
aftermarket goodies, scratchbuilding, or just plain out of the box all OK
